Pronounced (Kroh/keh/tah) It’s a small ball of fried glory. Founding member of the tapas family. It’s soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. It’s easier to eat than to pronounce!

What is it? The croqueta’s filling is a thick white sauce made of butter, flour and milk. And love, lots of love. Then we add different ingredients to create a range of flavours to satisfy every single one of our customers.

As a final touch, we roll them on egg and breadcrumbs and give them a quick, scorching hot bath of vegetable olive oil.
